Monkey Shows

During the past, monkeys have been an integral part of the workforce in Thailand, encouraged to climb the trunks of coconut tress, throwing ripe coconuts down to their masters on the ground. Although seen less regularly now, you can often still spot them in the back of pickā€“up trucks as you drive around the island, but if you want to get a little closer to these friendly and intelligent creatures, we suggest a trip to a monkey school and show.

MONKEY SCHOOL AT PHUKET SHOOTING RANGE:
A monkey show is a fun way for a family of all ages to experience the delight of watching the little furry primates perform human tasks like riding a tricycle, exercising, hawking trinkets, playing catch, and swimming.
During the 30 minute presentation they also show off their original trick of picking coconuts and they interact with the audience, who are invited to feed the performers bananas and take photographs.
